Thank You Little Rascals!!

This morning I spent some time speaking to the Little Rascals Sunday School Class of New Hope UMC, Arnold, MO. The kids were great and asked lots of questions about pets and animal care. I heard a lot of very cute (and some sad) stories about their pets.

The kids raised money and donated food to the pantry. One little boy even came up and handed me two dollars. It was very sweet and touching that a child so young would give up his own money to help others.

Thank you to Miss Sandy for organizing this. It was fun and I hope the kids got something out of it, I know I did.

Who ever said you should never work with kids or animals was completely wrong!
